8 Days Cheetah Safari
Day 1: Nairobi
Arrive at Nairobi International Airport where you are met and transferred to your hotel for overnight. The Jacaranda Hotel or equivalent. (B&B)
Days 2 & 3: Samburu Game Reserve
On the morning of day 2 after breakfast, your guide will meet you at the hotel. Drive north to reach Samburu Game Reserve where you will spend the next two nights. Morning and afternoon game drives allow you to explore this beautiful and game abundant park, home to rarely found species such as the Beisa Oryx, Grevy's zebra, blue-necked Somali ostrich and reticulated giraffe. The park is also renowned for its big cats as the nearby Ewaso Nyiro River attracts many leopards. Overnight at Samburu Lodge on full board basis. (BLD)
Day 4: Sweetwaters/ Ol Pejeta Private Game Reserve
After breakfast, continue your journey toward Mt Kenya and Sweetwaters Private Game Reserve where you have lunch. Abounding with wildlife, the camp’s private status also allows such unforgettable pleasures as the Sweetwaters Chimpanzee Sanctuary (the only place in Kenya to see these highly endangered animals), visits to Morani, a tame black rhino, night game drives & guided bush walks. Set out for an afternoon game drive in the park or choose from one of the above optional activities. Overnight at Sweetwaters Camp.(BLD)
Day 5 : Lake Nakuru
Leave after breakfast and drive to Lake Nakuru in time for lunch. Visit the world famous bird sanctuary of Lake Nakuru National Park, a park also renowned for its conservation effort toward the black rhino and the thousands of flamingoes which flock to the lake. Overnight at Lake Nakuru Lodge. (BLD)
Days 6 & 7: Masai Mara Game Reserve
On Day 6, drive across the Great Rift Valley to reach Kenya's most famous Game Reserve, Masai Mara, in time for lunch. Spend the days exploring the rolling hills and plains for a chance to spot black-maned lion, elephant, leopard, cheetah, and buffalo along with varied species of hoofed animals. Overnights at Mara Keekorok Lodge. (BLD)

Day 8: Nairobi - Departure
After breakfast return to Nairobi. Lunch is served at the famous Carnivore Restaurant where all kinds of game meat – roasted on great spits right in front of you - can be enjoyed. The restaurant also caters to vegetarians with a vast array of delectable dishes and salads Transfer to the airport afterwards to catch your outbound flight. In the event of a late evening flight, an optional day room can be reserved for you to relax and freshen up before you transfer to the airport.
